So Soho by StayLab – The Details

The interiors borrow elegantly from the early 20th century with a touch of the “soft industrial” aesthetic. Geometric armchairs blend well with crowns of lights and iron staircases. The beds have high-end mattresses that offer excellent support. A nice touch is the inclusion of robes and slippers, which are essential for making the journey from your room to the on-site pool, sauna, and other wellness facilities.

So Soho Royal Suite emphasises premium materials, showcased here by the striking marble countertops paired with dark wood joinery and elegant gold hardware.

Stylish but minimalist kitchenettes include dishwasher, hob, coffee maker and marble surfaces. The inclusion of a pool is a major comfort factor, offering a fantastic way to unwind after walking the city.

Bathrooms are spa-inspired, featuring slate tiles and premium organic toiletries, though counter space for personal items is surprisingly limited.

Guests can relax in the moody, modern indoor pool area, which features vertical garden accents and ambient lighting for a calming atmosphere.

Soundproofing against the busy Dietla road is good, though we have heard reports of noisy neighbours spoiling sleep.

Accommodating up to four people, including families, these apartments are well-located for both Old Town sightseeing and crossing over into the Kazimierz district. So Soho offers a comfortable home from home with a extra touch of luxury. A major tram route passes by the building. The kitchenette is sophisticated enough to dine at home and there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance.

Kazimierz District: Just south-east of the Old Town, Kraków’s historic Jewish district Kazimierz is now an atmospheric mix of cafes, bars, and galleries, with a resurgence of the culture that was all but destroyed. The area includes ul. Szeroka, the original heart of Jewish Kraków and plenty of great places to eat, including Michelin-starred Bottiglieria 1881.
