At first glance, Wisniowy Sad is a little shabby. The menu, however, has a few surprises and scores highly for value, taste, and atmosphere. Worth a second look.
Cosy and idiosyncratic, this Polish and Russian restaurant is better than its shabby interior advertises at first glance, scoring highly for value, service, atmosphere, and the food itself. Wisniowy Sad’s menu of ragout, soups, and lamb dumplings, has a few surprises, such as a delicious cherry jam served with tea. Tucked away on Grodzka, the dishes are served plainly, in a traditional manner, but all taste good.
